Sentenced on 15.4.93 as follows;

In relation to count 1 was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment.

In relation to count 2 was sentenced to 9 months imprisonment, 4 months of sentence imposed in Y 440 to be served cumulatively with count 2, and 4 months of the sentence imposed in Y 455 also to be served cumulatively with count 2.

Offences:

Count 1: Criminal damage

Sentenced on 15.4.93 to 12 months imprisonment, 4 months of this sentence to be served cumulatively with the sentence imposed in X 568.

Offences

Count 1: Perjury

Sentenced on 15.4.93 to 24 months imprisonment, with four months of the sentence imposed in Y 440 to be served cumulatively and 8 months of the sentence imposed in X 455 also to be served cumulatively with this sentence.

The Total Effective Sentence for these matters was 24 months imprisonment with a minimum sentence of 14 months.

An appeal was heard in the Full Court of the Court of Criminal Appeal on the 10.8.93 and the appeal against sentence was dismissed.
